Adventures in yoghurt

Oli has a great love of food, especially fruit and peanut butter, but lately he's been eating a lot of yoghurt - on his own. We decided to let him go nuts on a bowl of yoghurt and he very much enjoyed it, as you can see from this series of pictures. He's not the greatest at getting it in his mouth, but he's learning and I've been very proud of his progress.
On a totally different topic, Oli has had the fortune of playing in the big park up the road with mates Pete and Kaya, on one of Pete's rare days off. There was a lot of Dad pride, and some very flushed, tired faces when it was time to go home. I've thrown in a couple of pictures I managed to get; it was difficult, he's pretty quick on his feet, and when there's a playground and other kids around he tends to get a little manic, but I managed to snap one or two of him on the equipment :)

Birthday Fun

My first post of 2010 heralds a new year for our Olimonster...
He had a great birthday, despite the heat (43C), and we have documented it for you, as promised.
He loved all his presents, cards, the party hats, the balloons, the cakes and most of all, the box that the presents came in. We marked the fridge with his official second birthday height, and had a great time eating colourful cakes. The first pictures are the day before his birthday, but the rest - well, I'm sure you will figure it out...
